Identify the needs and opportunities of the cities in their process of transformation into smart cities and promote a national technological offer to respond to them is the purpose of the Smart Cities Chapter of APDC (Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications), a Chapter led by CEiiA. The city of Oporto was the highlight in the latest initiative, which was attended by the Mayor, Rui Moreira, who presented the strategy and the city's big challenges for the future.
