OVERVIEW

SENSE targets the development of lightweight innovative solutions in terms of sensors for composite based fuel tanks. The ultimate goal is the development of embedded and/or printed solutions (flexible electronics), laminated on the inner surface of the fuel tanks.  The targeted tanks are those rigid, lightweight and multifunctional (possessing integrated sensors for monitoring).
