The Programme A+ is the result of a joint initiative between CEiiA and IN+ (IST) to create an international cooperation network for Advanced Training and Industrial Research in the areas of Aeronautics, Intelligent Mobility and Oil & Gas Exploration.
This collaboration network brought together several CEiiA research scholarships, professors and researchers to develop innovative industrial solutions.
The Programme A+ included six projects and various workshops in the following areas:
Multidisciplinary Structural Optimization
Addictive production processes for metals
Composite materials of last generation
Analysis of subsea structures for oil exploration
The communication of the Programme A+ was made using technical briefs, scholarships and joint initiatives in various secondary schools and universities, through the Programme Ciência Viva and the BEST Network (Board of European Students of Technology), among others.
Cranfield University (England), Instituto Superior Técnico, Faculty of Engineering of the University of Oporto, University of Aveiro and Polytechnic Institute of Leiria.
